Does SendingPros offer a free trial?

Of course!  Our free demo plan allows you to send up to 3000 emails per month.  All features are unlocked; however, you will be limited to adding one delivery server.  Upgrade seamlessly at any time.

Why do I need to add a delivery server?  Can't I just mail through a SendingPros IP?

SendingPros is not an email service provider.  SendingPros connects to ESPs and SMTPs.  Our interface is the control panel from which you are able to manage and delegate all of your email campaigns across multiple delivery servers of your choosing.  Your email campaign is sent to your delivery server(s) and then the delivery server(s) delivers the email to your subscriber.  You can set up all aspects of your email campaign in the interface, but without a delivery server in your account, your campaign will not be delivered.

Is SendingPros easy to set up and use?

Definitely!  That's the whole point... making things easy.  As soon as you log into your SendingPros account, you will be presented with a step-by-step tutorial to walk you through your set-up and get you sending quickly.  You will also have access to how-to articles, informational pop-up/hover boxes throughout the site,  and our responsive customer-support.  Many users are up and running in less than 30 minutes.

Do you offer SMTP delivery servers?

Accepted Answer

No.  You must provide your own SMTP/ESP delivery servers.  We prefer to focus on providing a feature-rich platform from which to manage your delivery servers.

Does SendingPros have an API?

Yep!  You can create API keys with one click to connect to third-party apps or automate tasks such as adding and updating leads.

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal.  Easy peasy.

Will I be required to re-verify my lists?

Accepted Answer

Nope!  Since you will be sending though the same ips and using your same domains, your customers will not notice any difference in who is contacting them.  If you are adding new delivery servers, SendingPros does give you the option to send Welcome/Re-verification messages to your subscribers to alert them of your changes and allow them to give consent.

I am not proficient in HTML.  Will it be difficult to design my campaigns?

Not at all!  SendingPros has several options for you.  Our handy WYSIWYG editor makes it easy to create stunning ad copy.  We also provide several pre-made templates to get your started.  Already have a design you like?  Simply upload your existing template into the campaign builder or import it from your current URL.

Do I need a separate server to host my data and creative items?

Nope!  Everything is securely hosted on our redundant servers and backed up daily.  The only servers you need to supply are your SMTP/ESP delivery servers.
